How do I book the holiday apartment?
You can conveniently book the holiday apartment online through our booking system. Simply select your desired dates, enter your contact details and complete the booking. If you have any questions, we are also available by phone or WhatsApp.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Other times can be arranged by prior agreement.
How many guests can stay in the apartment?
The holiday apartment accommodates up to 6 guests.
Is WiFi included?
Yes, fast fibre WiFi is included free of charge for all guests.
Is there parking available?
Yes, a free parking space directly in front of the building is available to you.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the holiday apartment.
How far is Lake Constance?
The holiday apartment is located in Tettnang, approximately 15 km from Lake Constance. You can reach the lakeside promenade in about 20 minutes by car.
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes: all utilities (electricity, water, heating), WiFi, parking, final cleaning as well as bed linen and towels.
How can I cancel?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 29 to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total price is due; from 14 days before arrival and for no-shows, 90% is due. We always check whether re-letting is possible and take this into account accordingly. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
Can I book directly with the owner?
Yes! We welcome direct bookings – this saves you commission fees from booking platforms. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
